ASRG Announces New Porsche Pro Series for 2026

The Australian Sim Racing Group (ASRG) is proud to unveil an exciting new chapter for 2026 with the official launch of the Porsche Pro Series, a one-make championship built around the all-new Porsche 992.2 Cup car.

Marking a bold expansion of ASRG’s competition portfolio, the series is set to deliver a pure, driver-focused racing experience, placing the spotlight firmly on skill, precision, and consistency. With identical machinery across the field, the Porsche Pro Series will challenge drivers to extract the absolute maximum from themselves in one of the most demanding formats in sim racing.

At the heart of the series is the latest evolution of Porsche’s iconic Cup car, the 992.2. Known for its raw driving characteristics and unforgiving nature, the platform promises close, competitive racing where the smallest margins will separate the field.

The introduction of the Porsche Pro Series represents a significant step forward for ASRG, continuing its commitment to delivering high-level, professionally presented competition. The series will bring together a mix of established front-runners and emerging talent, all competing for a place on what is expected to be one of the most competitive grids in Australian sim racing.

Entry into the inaugural season will be determined through a dedicated Pre-Qualifying process, where drivers will go head-to-head for a limited number of grid positions. With strong interest already building, the battle to secure a spot is set to be intense from the outset.

With its premium focus, world-class machinery, and a highly competitive format, the Porsche Pro Series is poised to become a standout addition to the 2026 calendar.

Further details, including Pre-Qualifying dates and series structure, will be announced soon.
